Politicians Lie?

Definition:  Middle America-folks who do not blindly vote by party.

There is no anti-incumbent backlash this election season.  Middle America is just not going to put up with the usual D.C. lies and deceit from Democrats and Republicans alike.  No more shoo-in career politicians.

Since Congress cannot be trusted to be honest with us, we will take a more active role and keep an eye on its speeches, actions, and votes.

I think it is significant that our politicians and the media in general are not aware that Middle America understands that 2+2=4 and that it is possible to compare political statements made today with statements of yesterday, last week, or last year in just a few minutes on the internet.

Middle America does understand the waste of resources when members of Congress stand in front of the cameras for interviews instead of sitting behind their desks working for their constituents.

Middle America does understand that if you tax us for ten years and only give us benefits for six years that there is some sleight of hand going on.  Since it no longer takes weeks to get information in the print media, Middle America can quickly get the information and verify sources.  Maybe this is the real reason the Feds want to control the internet.

With the amount of hype and broken promises in the last two years, politicians will find out that they are now going to be held accountable for their sleight of hand (mouth) tricks previously used to keep constituents in the dark.

Middle America will now take a stand and our politicians will find out that Middle America really understands what is going on.

It may be true that Middle America has not kept up to date on the events in D.C. but, with the evolution of the "transformation" of America, Middle America understands that no one in D.C. can be trusted.

Today we find out that the health care bill cost was grossly underestimated.
